Really having quite a squirrelly day today, I hate having to interact with hospital
Types. The receptionists really do seem to have a tendency to believe that they were the one that went to medical school, and are qualified to decide how serious my condition is. Now fair enough, they have to do separate out the signal from the noise so the doctor doesn't become swamped; but I'm special GodDAMMIT!

For those of you using Alfred.app
For those of you using the excellent Alfred application launcher, file manipulator, and all-round Mac OS X greatness controller; the guys over on the dirtdon tech blog have come up with some excellent power user tips.
I can definitely recommend Alfred for those of you who have disabilities that limit the amount of control you have over your computer, I use it every day and would be lost without it!
